Returns
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging attached.
Note: Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
To initiate a return, please email help@woodfurnist.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. For eligible claims, we may issue a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are incorrect, damaged, or significantly different from their description. Size or color adjustments for in-stock items are accepted within the 7-day window (excluding custom designs).
To request an exchange, please contact our support team. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement at no extra charge if eligible.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete.
