Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Vietnam, with no minimum purchase required. International orders may incur additional charges based on destination and weight.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-8) will be processed on the next business day.

For domestic delivery in Vietnam, transit time typically ranges from 1–4 business days depending on location.

For international delivery, orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and may take 1–5 business days depending on the destination country.

Note: All of our handcrafted furniture is produced in workshops in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We carefully pack each item to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or via your WoodFurnist account dashboard.

Address or Product Changes

To modify your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Updates may extend delivery by 1–2 business days.

Issues with Tracking Number

Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to activate. If your tracking code remains inactive after 3 days, please contact our support team.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and photos of the package for a swift resolution.

Late Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us within 2 business days for further support.
