Modify/Cancel Order

Modification or Cancellation Window

You have a 6-hour window from the time of placing your order to request any modifications or cancellations. After this period, your order may already be in production or prepared for shipping and cannot be changed.

Requesting Changes

If you wish to modify or cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, please contact our customer service team promptly. Email us at help@woodfurnist.com with your order number and the details of the requested change. We recommend submitting your request as soon as possible for timely processing.

Handling Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any modifications or cancellations. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for assistance. You will still be able to request changes or returns after receiving the item.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

For orders canceled within the 6-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
