Woodfurnist Custom Order Agreement

This Custom Order Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to any order placed with Woodfurnist that includes custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications beyond our standard offerings.

By placing a custom order, you agree to the terms below:


🔧 1. Production Timeline

Custom projects typically require 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and material availability. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided after your order is confirmed.


📝 2. Design Approval

During production, we will share progress updates (such as photos or videos). You are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all custom specifications match your request.

Any changes requested after production begins may result in additional costs or extended lead times.


❌ 3. Cancellations & Refunds

All custom orders follow Woodfurnist’s official Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds for custom-made items may be partial or unavailable, depending on the production stage at the time of your request.


⚠️ 4. Unique Nature of Handmade Pieces

Each Woodfurnist item is handcrafted using natural solid wood. Variations in grain pattern, color tone, and texture are natural and expected, adding to the unique beauty of each piece.

Slight tolerances in color, finish, or dimensions are normal and within artisan standards.


🛠️ 5. Repairs or Adjustments

If your custom item arrives with a verified manufacturing issue, Woodfurnist will provide repair assistance or partial compensation according to our Refund Policy.

Returns for custom items are generally not accepted, unless pre-approved.
