Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times can vary based on your location and product availability. Typically, orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order leaves our warehouse, so you can monitor its progress.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. This lets you follow its journey to your door. Please note that the tracking becomes active once the carrier has your package.

Alternatively, you can visit our website and go to the “Track your order” section, then fill in the required information such as your order number and email/phone number to track your order.

At Woodfurnist, most of our orders are custom-made, so we are unable to accept returns. However, we do have refund policies that apply to specific situations.
