If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Order Modification or Cancellation
We understand that plans can change.

You may request an order modification or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.

After this window, our artisans may have already begun crafting or preparing your item, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
To request a change, please contact our support team at help@woodfurnist.com, including your order number and the details of your request.
Returns
Because these are high-value international orders, all shipments will be confirmed by the customer before dispatch. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases of damage or loss during shipping.

Custom-made or personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, email us at help@woodfurnist.com with your order number and reason for return.

We provide a prepaid return label for approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Return shipping costs for other reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
Because each Woodfurnist piece is handcrafted, our return policy applies primarily to items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange promptly and send a replacement item with care.
Refunds
