Warranty Policy
Woodfurnist stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted wood furniture. We provide a 1-year limited warranty on eligible furniture products, effective from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, if a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Woodfurnist may, at its sole discretion, repair the defective part, provide a replacement part, or offer another appropriate solution.
Note
Because each Woodfurnist piece is handcrafted from natural wood, variations in grain, tone, knots, texture, live edges, and surface character are part of the material’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.
This limited warranty applies only to proven manufacturing defects. It does not cover issues caused by normal use, natural aging, improper care, misuse, mishandling, or environmental conditions.
Limitations and Exceptions
This limited warranty does NOT cover loss, damage, or product issues resulting from:
- Improper use, abnormal use, or failure to follow care instructions
- Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, strong cleaning agents, or excessive moisture
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse, mishandling, accidents, or impact
- Burns, cuts, scratches, dents, tears, peeling, water damage, stains, or pet-related damage
- Natural wear and aging from regular use, including fading, surface scratches, discoloration, small cracks, or changes caused by humidity, sunlight, temperature, or environmental exposure
- Natural wood characteristics such as knots, grain variations, color differences, mineral streaks, live edge irregularities, or texture changes
- Damage caused by natural disasters or events beyond human control, including floods, earthquakes, storms, or other force majeure events
- Issues reported after the warranty period has expired
If a manufacturing issue is reported after the warranty period, Woodfurnist may still offer support where possible. However, material, replacement, labor, and shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us by email at help@woodfurnist.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Photos of the packaging if the issue occurred during delivery
Once your claim is received, our team will review the details and respond with the next steps as soon as possible.
