Woodfurnist offers free standard delivery on eligible furniture orders.

Standard delivery includes transportation to the ground floor, lobby, garage, or first accessible dry area. Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, wall mounting, or moving existing furniture unless a separate service has been arranged.

For oversized wood furniture, our delivery partner may contact you in advance to schedule a suitable delivery time. Tracking or delivery updates may be provided once the order is in transit.

Delivery & Assembly Service may be available for selected items or complex setups. Additional service fees may apply depending on location, item size, and service requirements.

Note: Please make sure the delivery path is clear and accessible. Customers are responsible for preparing the space before delivery.

1-Year Warranty

Woodfurnist provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, or product replacement depending on the issue.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, harsh cleaning chemicals, scratches, dents, water damage, natural aging, or natural variations in wood grain, tone, knots, and texture.

Important: Solid wood and live edge furniture may have natural movement, grain differences, small checks, or tonal variation. These are considered natural material characteristics, not defects.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and returned with all included parts, packaging, manuals, and accessories where applicable.

Custom-made, personalized, final sale, clearance, or made-to-order furniture may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed Woodfurnist or carrier issue.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time ranges from 12 to 17 business days total(7-10 business days processing + 5-7 business days shipping). During holidays or high order volume periods, delivery may maybe take longer than usual. Larger pieces (tables, cabinets) may take longer due to custom crating. All shipments include tracking and insurance.

How long does a commission take?

4-8 weeks depending on complexity. For example, 6-seater dining tables ~6 weeks, a console cabinet ~4 weeks, a large sideboard ~8 weeks.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

60% deposit is required when you confirm sketches. The remaining 40% is due when the piece is finished, before shipping. Full refund within 48 hours of deposit if you change yourmind.

Are your furniture pieces treated for termite protection?

Yes. The wood is thoroughly treated before production, a protective spray coating is applied to the finished product, and each item is carefully packaged to avoid moisture and mold, which helps prevent termite damage.

How should I care for and maintain my furniture?

Regular dusting with soft cloths is recommended. Use gentle cleaning products suitable for wood. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture. Each product also comes with specific care instructions.

What if my piece develops cracks?

Wood expands and contracts with humidity - minor cracks are natural and part of the material. Major cracks within the first year: we fix free. After 1 year, we charge labor only.

Can I return a piece?

Ready-made pieces: 30-day returns (((must arrive intact). Commissions: Final sale (since they're custom-made for you). If anything arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace at no cost.
