Nestora Sculptural Wood Lounge Chair – Cocoon Accent Armchair with Carved Side Openings

Settle into an enveloping, sculpted embrace with the Nestora Sculptural Wood Lounge Chair, a handcrafted cocoon-style accent armchair carved from natural solid wood. Its rounded shell wraps around the seat in one continuous form, rising into a softly curved high back and sweeping down to a gently curved base.

Large oval openings carved through each side lighten the silhouette and reveal the depth of the wood, turning the chair into a piece of functional sculpture. A plush upholstered seat cushion and a matching back pillow sit inside the shell for a relaxed, cocooned lounging position.

The Nestora brings a warm, organic focal point to a living room, bedroom corner, reading nook, home office, or covered terrace, and pairs naturally with sculptural coffee tables and side tables.

Available in Oak, Walnut, Brown, and Black finishes, with a smooth or natural rough surface texture, the Nestora suits organic modern, Japandi, wabi-sabi, Mediterranean, and moody contemporary interiors.

Friendly Product Answers

What makes the Nestora lounge chair different?
The whole frame is carved as one flowing cocoon shell, with large oval openings through each side. It reads as wooden sculpture first and a chair second, while the cushions keep it comfortable for everyday lounging.

Where does it fit best?
It works as a statement accent chair in a living room, a reading chair in a bedroom corner or nook, or a sculptural seat in a home office or lounge. Pair it with a side table or coffee table in natural wood for a cohesive look.

Which size should I choose?
The 25"W size suits compact corners and smaller rooms. The 30"W and 35"W sizes offer a roomier seat, and the 32"H option gives a slightly taller back for larger living spaces.

What wood is it made from?
Each chair is carved from premium natural solid wood selected at the time of production. Because it is real wood, grain pattern, tone, and weight vary slightly from piece to piece.

How long does production and delivery take?
Each piece is made to order in 7–10 days, then shipped by Express UPS Air, arriving in about 1 week. Plan for roughly 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.
