Rondel Sculptural Wood Lounge Chair – Carved Armchair with Circular Side Cutouts

Make a bold, sculptural statement with the Rondel Sculptural Wood Lounge Chair, a handcrafted armchair carved from natural solid wood. Thick, rounded arms curve forward and down into the base, and a large circular cutout pierces each side, giving the chair its signature ring-like silhouette.

Beneath the seat, the frame rises into a gentle arch, so the chair rests on solid curved feet rather than legs. An upholstered seat cushion and soft back pillows sit inside the deep wooden frame, balancing the chair's strong, carved form with relaxed comfort.

The Rondel brings warmth and presence to a living room, bedroom corner, reading nook, or garden-facing sunroom, and pairs naturally with sculptural coffee tables and side tables.

Available in Oak, Walnut, Brown, and Black finishes, with a smooth or natural rough surface texture, the Rondel suits organic modern, Japandi, wabi-sabi, warm minimalist, and contemporary interiors.

Friendly Product Answers

What makes the Rondel lounge chair different?
Its thick carved arms and the large circular opening on each side give it a bold, ring-like profile that reads as wooden sculpture. The arched base replaces legs, so the whole chair feels like one continuous carved form.

Where does it fit best?
It works as a statement accent chair in a living room, a reading chair in a bedroom corner or nook, or a sculptural seat in a sunroom or home office. Pair it with a natural wood coffee table or side table for a cohesive look.

Which size should I choose?
The 25"W size suits compact corners and smaller rooms. The 30"W and 35"W sizes offer a roomier seat, and the 32"H option gives a slightly taller back for larger living spaces.

What wood is it made from?
Each chair is carved from premium natural solid wood selected at the time of production. Because it is real wood, grain pattern, tone, and weight vary slightly from piece to piece.

How long does production and delivery take?
Each piece is made to order in 7–10 days, then shipped by Express UPS Air, arriving in about 1 week. Plan for roughly 2–3 weeks from order to delivery.
